Scott J. Trimas, M.D., FACS
Dr. Scott Trimas has been an established, respected and reputable member of the Beaches and Amelia Island communities since 1994. He is board-certified facial plastic surgeon, performs cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head, and neck region. Dr. Trimas received his undergraduate degree with a Summa Cum Laude honor from Vanderbilt University in 1984. He then attended University of Florida Medical School and graduated with honors in 1988. He continued his internship and residency at the University of Florida in 1993 and fellowship at the University of Toronto in 1994. Dr. Trimas is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Trimas takes a naturalistic approach to facial rejuvenation. His approach is a combination of surgical procedures and noninvasive procedures, such as Botox, Fillers, lasers, skin care, etc. Treatments are uniquely designed to meet your individual anatomy. Renu “Rae” Gulve, PA-C
Renu “Rae” Gulve is a Physician Assistant (PA-C) who joined us in January 2017. She is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) as well as the Florida Board of Medicine. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Rae was born in the mountains of Cumberland, MD but was raised just outside Atlanta, GA in the Johns Creek area. In high school, she was really involved with orchestra and has played the viola for 16 years. Rae graduated from The University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!) in 2012 where she majored in both biology and psychology. She then attended Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville where she obtained her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Rae worked in orthopedics for 1 year in Tallahassee, FL before she realized her true calling: plastic surgery. Rae is so excited to be back in Jacksonville helping to make the world more beautiful, one person at a time.
Rae specializes in Botox, injectable fillers, lasers (BBL, tattoo removal, hair reduction, Diolite, YAG), skin care, and chemical peels and has been trained and certifed by Allergan.
In her free time, Rae likes to go to the beach, play with her yorkie, Charlie, and lab mix, Finley, ride her skateboard, and watch football.
